		<description>Absolutely correct. There is no &quot;one-size-fits-all&quot; when it comes to managing people. I worked in radio for 18+ years, an industry known for its diverse and delicate egos. The best manager I ever had (Bob Lepine, now co-host of the syndicated radio program Family Life Today), was a master at managing that diverse group of egos, yet making you feel singly important at the same time.
